After entering Tsukimino in Ryuu Ga Gotoku 5 Part 2 Chapter 4 Reckless Battle .

Storyline:

Saejima listens to 2 women on Half Moon Street, one of them 古株キャバ嬢 (A veteran cabaret hostess) talks to a slightly younger 中盤キャバ嬢 (Middle aged hostess).

Saejima needs to speak with them again.

At the entrance to the east side of 北小路 Kitakouji Street is a man and woman (marked on the map). When Saejima listens to them he finds the 商店街の男 (Shopping District Man) and 商店街の女 (Shopping District Woman) discussing.

Further south are two suited men talking. When Saejima listens to the 若手刑事 (Young Detective) and 中年刑事 (Middle Aged Detective). They talk to each other then they run off.

In ラーメン村 - Ramen Town in the back streets off 中月通 - Half Moon Avenue (in the same area as IF8) Saejima finds the two detectives surrounding with many smooth criminals.

Saejima partners up with the two detectives.

NB This could be a good area to get HEAT Action moves involving partners holding enemies.

The detectives talk to Saejima after the fight and suddenly he scarpers. The younger one runs after him. The older detective reflects on the situation and looks to the heavens.
