Opens up after Ryuu Ga Gotoku 5 Part 4 Chapter 2 Bygone ChallengesStoryline:
There is a 倒れた男 (Collapsed Man) leant up against the Oval Stage who when Shinada talks to him tells him he is called 日茂地 (Hishige Chizaki).
He gives Shinada 500 Yen to buy him some food. It needs to be a Nagoyan speciality that costs as near to 500 Yen and gives the most health boost!
