Storyline:

A 外国人女 (Foreign Woman) is standing on the corner. When Shinada talks to her she squats down. She wants something to put in her mouth. It needs to be a health drink. The cheapest item is タウリナー Tauriner 250 Yen from Osumi Pharmacy or M Store.

When Shinada comes back the woman is talking to a man who looks respectable, but is 酔漢 (Drunkard). After a conversation with Shinada the drunk goes away and he gives the health drink to the woman. It turns out her name is サラ (Sara). Suddenly three men turn up. One 見張りの男 (Lookout) does all the talking. He has a face mask.
