Storyline:

On the corner of Nakamichi Street and Financial Street is a chef. Akiyama recognises him from 串かつ だるま Daruma Skewer Cuts in Soutenbori. It's 上山 (Ueyama) and he wants to know what dishes he should add to the menu in his restaurant. Akiyama needs to go back to New Serena and talk to the guys.

Akiyama needs to walk away from that area until the marker appears in the same spot. Akiyama should go speak to Ueyama again. The new menu items have been added to 串かつ だるま Daruma Skewer Cuts in Soutenbori.
