Opens up in Ryuu Ga Gotoku 5 Part 1 Chapter 4 Where's that man?Storyline:
Kiryuu talks to 怪我人の男 (An injured man) who is puffing and wheezing.- ？いが他を当たってくれ - Find someone else
- 分かった 引き受けよう - Okay, I'll do it. (Choose)
His name is 下坂ノボル (Noboru Shimosaka). Yakuza 5 calls him Kudarizaka. He wants Kiryuu to stand in, in the film being made.
Kiryuu is taken to an office where he meets 白塗り人の White painted face man. There are other white face painted people in the office. Kiryuu approaches the director 監督. Kiryuu is given a script. When asked if he is ready Kiryuu has the choice:
- もう一度読ませてくれ - In a mo, let me read the script one more time
- よし、全部覚えたぞ - Alright, I memorised it all. (Choose)
- 「ケジメをつけさせてもらうぜ、兄弟」 I'm here to end this, brother. (Choose)
- I'll work as hard as I have to, brother.
- I've come for justice, brother.
- 「ヴァンパイアなんだろ？」 You're a vampire, right? (Choose)
- You're an umpire, right?
- You're a campire, right?

Beat them in this order:
- オールバック "Swept back hair"
- 帽子 "Cap"
- 黄色の派手なジャケット "Yellow gaudy jacket"
- 眼鏡 "Glasses"
- I'm going to show you a living hell, immortal.
- 「お前が本当に不死身か試してやるぜ」 Let's see if you're really immortal or not. (Choose)
- Let's see if you're really a morsel or not.

Perform the relevant heat move. Rush at the enemy and △.
- Say 「お前が親父から奪ったのはニセの朧月だった。」 The Hazy Moon you stole from the boss was fake. (Choose)
- The toupee you stole from the boss was fake.
- The boss gave you a replica sword.

Perform a HEAT move with the sword.

- The boss is dating four different girls.
