Storyline:

When Shinada passes the bottom of Oval Stage see's a 政治家 (Politician). When Shinada talks to him he becomes a しゃっちょこ店長 (Auspicious Shop Manager). They talk for a while. After a while the marker appears back at where the politician stands. If you don't walk away far enough then the next part won't hit. I walked around the Oval.. When Shinada talks to him he wiil eventually ask:

• 応援演説を引き受ける - Help with the Campaign Speech
• 断る - Refuse

They both get microphones. The crowd start to asks questions: ....えーっと……

• ラーメン 「しゃちほこ」
• ラーメン 「しゃっちょこ」 (Choose)
• ラーメン 「さきっちょ」

• 未知の埋蔵金発掘
• 市の所有資産売却

• テーマパーク建設
• 企業の税負担軽減　 (Choose)

• 老人介護施設の増設
• 風俗店の誘致

After the speech a bunch of people come up to them 明るい若者 (Cheerful Young Man) and 身なりの長い中年 (Middle Aged Personal Appearance) and a 美人の女性 (Beautiful Woman).

Shinada needs to answer two questions correct to get Complete on this mission rather than Finished.
