Storyline:

When Akiyama listens outside {{Tsuruhashi Fugetsu}} to 愛想のいい中年 (Civil Middle Aged Man) and a 通行人 (Passerby).

Akiyama talks to the 愛想のいい中年 (Civil Middle Aged Man) and asks him if he's looking for Sky Finance. He says he is so Akiyama points it out to him. However, they get into a bit of a contretemps. It turns out the formerly poilte man is a チンピラ "Small time yakuza".
