Starting from Ryuu Ga Gotoku 5 Part 4 Chapter 1 Not Without Glory when Shinada approaches 壮年の男 (Man in his prime) in front of a stall at the south of the Tower he gives him a 福引き景 / 福引き券 Lottery Ticket .

Shinada can now find 30 福引き景 / 福引き券 Lottery Tickets around Kineichou. This is like the Locker Keys in Soutenbori and Kamurochou except Shinada just has to walk over the shiny objects.

NB Some people have had problems getting the "Pearl" which is needed for Kamiyama's investment . A good strategy would be to go collect about 10 tickets. Save your game. Go to the Reception lady and redeem them until you get a Pearl then save again. You only "need" one Pearl, but it might be worth collecting a couple if you can.

When Shinada goes back to the stall the 受付嬢 pretty (Reception Lady) asks him:
  • 福引きをやる - Have a go at the lottery
  • やらない - Don't bother

Each 福引き景 / 福引き券 Lottery Ticket allows Shinada one turn of the handle.

Use the Right stick to turn the Lottery handle and a ball falls out. Win a prize depending on the colour.
  • The right stick needs to be rolled from the N postion round 360 degrees. Is more elegant going anti-clockwise.
