Initiated by 平川 (Mrs Hirakawa) in Ryuu Ga Gotoku 5 Part 1 Chapter 2 Uninvited Guest. She phones Kiryuu during a mission and asks him to pick up litter.

Kiryuu starts at level D.

After Kiryuu has picked up some litter and returns to Nagasu Taxi Office, when he talks to Mrs Hirakawa 平川 at the front desk, the Board on the wall is mentioned which Kiryuu can now inspect. Mrs Hirakawa explains 地域貢献レベル (Area Contribution Level). For every level he goes up he needs to go back to Nagasu Taxi Office and interact with the board on the wall opposite Mrs Hirakawa.

Mrs Hirakawa will then give Kiryuu a reward as listed below.
