Talking to Mrs Hirakawa in the Nagasu Taxi Office will bring up the missions or customisation options.
Select the Missions option to see the current Taxi Missions.
There are 2 types of Taxi Missions, Operational Escort Missions and Conversational Escort Missions. The Operational missions are more focussed on the driving whereas the Conversational missions rely on getting some dialog questions correct.
During some escort missions the customer will ask questions which will gain you more points, but if your driving is OK you should have no problems no matter which answers you give. Remember to indicate before turning and take note of the traffic lights. Use your horn to persuade pedestrians to move out the way faster.
